I believe that in dealing with customers; always look for their ultimate needs or their priorities. In order to know their needs, you should listen carefully to what your customer is saying and gather the important facts in order for you to formulate questions which will help you fully understand their needs.

    But of course, in order for the customers to comfortably discuss their needs, you must first gain their trust by exposing a little of yourself until you can feel that you already got their full attention. By doing this, you will be able to know their needs which will help you start to offer your product. You may do this by presenting and offering the product as an answer to their needs. This will be an effective way of selling because you are building up a win- win situation. This means that the customer will buy your product because they need it. In this way, you are not only increasing your sales but you are building a long term relationship with your customers. Giving the customers the right product that will address to their needs is winning their trust. This shows that you are making the customers satisfied of your service and in return they will come back and purchase more of your products.
